Privacy Policy

Tiny Minds is a learning app for children with six fun activities. We built it to work with as little personal data as possible, and this policy describes exactly what we collect and why.

There is no way to create an account in Tiny Minds, so we never collect a name, email address, photo, or precise location from anyone. What the app does store is:

• NicknameEntered when a profile is set up, stored only on the device and never sent to us.
• Progress dataActivities completed, scores, and time spent in each section, so a child can resume where they left off. Stored on the device.
• DrawingsArtwork created in the Drawing section, saved locally on the device only.
• Behavioral analyticsAggregated, anonymous usage patterns, such as which activities are opened and how often, used only to understand app performance. This data is never tied to an individual child or device.

We use the data above to run the app's activities, save progress on the device between sessions, and understand overall app performance through aggregated analytics. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not build profiles of individual children for marketing.

Tiny Minds is directed at children and is designed to comply with children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and equivalent laws elsewhere.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. We do not ask for a full name, address, phone number, or photo, and since Tiny Minds has no account system, there is no parent contact information collected either. The only analytics we gather are anonymous and behavioral, never tied to a specific child.

Tiny Minds does not show behavioral or targeted ads to children and does not share children's personal data with advertisers. Where the app uses third-party services, such as crash reporting or analytics, those providers only receive anonymized or aggregated technical data, never a child's name, drawings, or contact details.

Nickname, progress, and drawings are stored locally on the child's device and are never transmitted to us. The only data that leaves the device is aggregated, anonymous analytics, which cannot be traced back to an individual child or device.

Since all profile, progress, and drawing data lives on the device, parents can review, edit, or delete it at any time from the app's settings, or remove it entirely by clearing app data or uninstalling. We will not require a child to disclose more information than necessary to use an activity.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision, so please check back periodically.
